Line of automatic cut and measurement to electronic programming for the production of bars cut to size. The SUPERFLEX system allows for maximum productive flexibility by reducing the operator’s manual intervention during the work cycle, thus guaranteeing a high production, precision and quality of the finished product.
The exclusive extraction and trailing unit equipped with anti-slip system, allows to simultaneously draw more bars guaranteeing maximum precision. The structure of the drive rollers and the independent steel rings allows a minimum diameter difference between the different bars to be avoided, avoiding a slippage of one respect to the other, with consequent alteration in the accuracy of the measurements.
Possibility of determining the unloading position of the bars, at any point of the roller tracks. Once the production cycle has been programmed, the bars are automatically cut and deposited at different points within the maximum permissible length.
