Automatic installation with electronic programming for the cut to measure starting from iron in bars, especially indicated for an optimized management of the stock and the movements of the cut product.
The automation of the movements phases and intermediate stocks between the cutting unit, allow a total use of the cutting capacity without having to interrupt the work cycle. The operator must only feed the machine, reducing the time normally devoted to other operations, thus achieving percentages of use of the double installation with respect to a traditional cutting car.
The installation can be integrated with an automatic folding unit or folding machines coupled to a workbench, thus achieving a complete center for the production of iron bars.
The unique extraction and drag unit with anti-slip system allows to drag simultaneously more bars, always guaranteeing the maximum precision. The special structure of the drive rollers with independent rings prevents the differences in diameter between the different bars, although small, to cause a slip of the ones with respect to the others with the consequent alteration in the precision of the measurements.

Diameters to be elaborated with one or more bars according to the diameter to be used: from 8 to 40 mm.
Minimum cutting length: 0.80 meters.
Maximum cutting length: 12 meters.
